Wiemann Lamphere Architects, in conjunction with DEW Construction, was hired to develop a design for a new Moe's Southwest Grill to be located on a small Williston lot. The project is the first LEED-Certified restaurant in Vermont and one of the first in the nation. The project incorporates various elements to promote energy efficiency including state of the art mechanical systems and architectural features such as a “cool roof”.
