Vermont PBS

The project consists of an interior fit-up of an existing office building on 11 East Allen Street in Winooski, VT (also used by VSAC) for Vermont Public Broadcasting System. The basement fit-up (5,800 s.f.) was previously used for VSAC storage and will accommodate a new black box studio space, studio master control, server room, screening room, and audio/voice over editing rooms. The first floor renovations (780 s.f.) include the public reception area for the multi-floor tenant, along with charitable giving conference space and a large meeting and conference room. The second floor (11,700 s.f.) will have all of the supporting staff departments including content/digital development, marketing and viewer services, engineering, finance, and production traffic, as well as the executive staff.
