This was a collaborative venture with John Anderson Studio, who provided principles and concept design. Wiemann Lamphere Architects provided design development, construction documents, bidding and negotiating, and construction administrative services. Project work included extensive renovation of existing office space and the creation of a colorful, open and spacious office environment utilizing system furniture. The wide open areas create a non-hierarchical organization with easy and direct access to all personnel.

Spaces include:

• Employee kitchen/break area
• Computer interactive area
• New public lobby
• Secure control room for state-of-the-art electric power grid board
