This project, located at 327 Holly Court in Williston, transformed an existing warehouse into a modern office space for the Health Information Management (H.I.M.) Services for the University of Vermont Medical Center.  Renovations to the thermal envelope improved the existing exterior wall assembly with a high R-value wall panel, triple glazed windows, and an aggressive air sealing plan to isolate the office space from both the exterior and the rest of the warehouse space.

Clerestory windows maximize the amount of natural daylight that enters the space reducing lighting needs in the space. Daylight, Occupancy, and Vacancy sensors automatically adjust the lighting levels throughout the space to the appropriate lighting levels.
