Situated on a corner lot and the last undeveloped parcel in the immediate suburban area, this single story, brick faced, 3,000 s.f. gable roofed structure houses a branch facility for Vermont Federal Credit Union. 

The facility provides six private offices, conference space, and teller space enclosing a public lobby area.  Also included are a variety of support spaces and a multiple lane drive through transaction component.  Site circulation takes its cues from pre-existing vehicular traffic patterns on abutting properties.
