Wiemann Lamphere Architects worked with TSOI Kobus & Associates to provide a biological laboratory for Lyme Properties. The facility will be leased back to Dartmouth College and will serve as a test bed for a long range plan to build a 300,000 square foot biological laboratory on campus.

The schedule for this project was extremely aggressive; construction began mid-December the year of its production and was ready for occupancy in June of the following year.
