Wiemann Lamphere developed designs for new offices for Northwest Counseling and Support Services (NCSS) located in St. Albans, VT to replace the nearby offices that the organization had outgrown.  NCSS provides family counseling services for Franklin County.

The 23,000 square feet wood framed, 2-story building contains offices, classrooms, childcare facilities, and multi-purpose spaces.
