Nestled in a partially wooded residential area of Lancaster, NH, this project features a simple set of building forms to help reduce the mass and provide a convenient way to phase the project. The first phase will include 24 independent living units with an equal mix of 1 and 2 bedroom units ranging in size from 650sf - 950sf..  Phase two will include 12 additional assisted living units and would add community dining space, fitness/yoga room, and a small theater as shared amenities.   The layout of the site allows for half of the units to have exposure to an open green space and the other half to be more private overlooking a wooded area.  Phase 1 is expected to start construction in the spring of 2017
