Caitlin was raised in a construction zone with a designer father who was always renovating the various homes they lived in throughout her childhood. The experience of observing and occasionally participating in the design and construction process drew her to studying Architecture at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, graduating with a Bachelors of Architecture in 2012. Before joining the WLA team, she worked for a multi-disciplinary Architecture and Construction Management firm where she continued to learn about construction while working one-on-one with contractors, engineers, and various tradespeople. Caitlin is passionate about designing projects that serve the community.

In her spare time, Caitlin enjoys gardening and hiking in the woods with her partner and their dog, Rook.
