Doc Ponds Burlington Restaurant - Conceptual Design

With Lake Champlain Transportation moving their offices and warehouse space to Grand Isle, a prime Lake Champlain Waterfront site in Burlington is now available for redevelopment.  This project will bring a 100 seat restaurant to the water’s edge, with the capability to host another 100 outdoors on a beautifully landscaped site.  The building will feature an indoor/outdoor bar and expansive windows towards the lake in a modern, efficient structure utilizing mass timber. This new Lakeside Restaurant will surely be the destination of choice on the waterfront when complete.
