GSA Burke has achieved LEED Silver!

The U.S. Green Building Council (USGBC), a non-profit organization committed to a prosperous and sustainable future for our nation through cost-efficient and energy-saving green buildings announced today that the GSA Office Building in Burke, NY has achieved LEED Silver Certification!  The 30,400 s.f. building was designed by Wiemann Lamphere Architects to achieve high levels of performance across the five major categories of sustainable design: Sustainable Site, Water Efficiency, Energy and Atmosphere, Materials and Resource, and Indoor Environmental Quality.  Congratulations to the entire team.
