Colchester’s 30,000 square foot recreational facility provides a new home for the town’s recreation department allowing them to consolidate and expand their programs and classes. On the first floor, the building features a regulation high school basketball court and two youth cross courts as well as an exercise studio, classroom, kitchen locker rooms, office space for the recreation department and lobby with food service amenities. On the second floor, a running track overlooks the basketball court with an open fitness area for free weights and exercise equipment as well as a separate exercise studio.
