The Cove at Sylvan Beach, NY is a unique, vacation rental community designed with family friendly vacations in mind. Each cottage rental includes quality finishes, full kitchens, an in-home washer and dryer, fire pits, gas grills and even a private pontoon boat.  The project scope included site planning and building design all the way through construction contract administration. The building design includes three primary styles of two and three bedroom cottages, a pool house, as well as the Sylvan Beach Supply Company which contains a convenience store, equipment rental supply, and the necessary back of house services to support the entire community.
