Eleven Warren seeks to rejuvenate a block within a small city in New York State by adding a mixed use project that is sympathetic to the architecture and history of the area. This project will have a field constructed 83-car parking garage, as well as a field constructed podium level to host commercial spaces such as restaurants and stores, and 7 guest room suites as part of a boutique hotel operation.  Above the podium level will be three additional stories of modular housing, adding 66 units.
