The new Switchback Tap House and Beer Garden project involved renovating an existing historic 1904 masonry building adjacent to the existing taproom and brewery operations so that they could expand their food and beverage offerings. The expansion provides necessary space for additional beer taps and features a full kitchen, expanding both their taps and menu. The addition includes an expansive bar, seating for 60 guests, merchandise and to-go beer retail space, as well as a raised outdoor patio. The existing brick and masonry walls remained intact, with upgraded HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire suppression systems.
